10:10 ~ 10:15 am 🙏🏼 Break if needed otherwise continue to meditate and stay focused on the practice
Longer Accumulation Session begins:
10:15 ~ 11:00 am 🙏🏼 4 Thoughts and Refuge and Bodhicitta with Prostrations Accumulations.
11:00 ~ 11:05 am 🙏🏼 Break if needed, otherwise continue to meditate and stay focused on the practice
11:05 ~ 11:35 am 🙏🏼 Mandala Offering Accumulations. 1
11:35 ~ 11:40 am 🙏🏼 Break if needed, otherwise continue to meditate and stay focused on the practice
11:40 ~ 12:00 noon 🙏🏼 100 Syllable Mantra Accumulations
12:00 ~ 12:05 pm 🙏🏼 Break if needed, otherwise continue to meditate and stay focused on the practice
12:05 ~ 12:35 pm 🙏🏼 Vajra Guru Mantra Accumulations
12:35 pm 🙏🏼 Conclusion of the practice with dedication
The first hour will be the usual complete accumulation session for those that can’t join for the longer session. The longer accumulation session starts at 10:15 am and finishes around 12:45 pm.
It’s recommended you attend the entire long session from beginning to end. If that’s not possible, you may join in, but must do the practice on your own to the point you are joining and if you leave complete the practice through to the dedication on your own.
This approximates the length of a session you might do in a retreat, so gives you some idea about how to do that.
Please come prepared with your prostration board, mandala pan, and mala. Water and a snack are recommended and have anything you might need with you so you don’t have to get up and down doing other things, and can stay focused on the practice.
