Meet your Mentor: Naljorma Lama Tendron

NALJORMA LAMA TENDRON

(Marie Laure) began her studies and practice in the 1980s while living at the Shangpa Kagyu Dharma Center, Karma Ling, in France under Kalu Rinpoche. During her time there, she completed two Ngondros before entering a Three-Year Retreat in 1989, where she completed a third Ngondro. She met Lama Tharchin Rinpoche in Switzerland and moved to Pema Osel Ling in 1998, where she lived until 2016. Lama Tendron has received teachings from many lamas and, under the guidance of Lopon Jigme Rinpoche, completed Troma Ngondro. In 2009, she entered a Troma Nagmo Three-Year Retreat at Drub Nyiy Döjö Gatsal under the direction of Lama Tharchin Rinpoche. A dedicated teacher of written Tibetan, she offers a language program that guides students from beginning levels to reading and understanding sadhanas. She now lives simply in her native France with her husband, enjoying a yogic lifestyle. As a bilingual French and English speaker based in Europe, she helps broaden the reach of the Dudjom Ngondro Program. Lama Tendron has been a mentor for the Dudjom Ngondro Program since 2013.
