Looking back at 2025, Ngondro quietly carried us—not just as a practice, but as a way of showing up each day. For a lot of us, Ngondro became something steady and lived. As Lama Tharchin Rinpoche would say, “Something to return to again and again.”
In the Dudjom tradition, Ngondro teaches simple, sacred habits:, humility through prostrations, release through Vajrasattva, generosity through mandala offering, and trust through guru yoga.
As we move into 2026, May these habits begin to follow us off the cushion—softening the heart, steadying the mind, and reminding us of refuge when life feels uncertain.
Ngondro doesn’t ask for perfection—only sincerity and return. Step by step it continues to shape our lives in quiet, lasting ways. With gratitude for all that 2025 ripened,
Let’s continue into 2026, held by the blessings of the Dudjom Lineage and the path we walk together. 💕
