DRUBPON PEMA RIGDZIN (Frederico Trancoso) has trained in Tibetan Buddhism for thirty years and has completed several retreats, including a Three-Year Troma Nagmo Retreat at Drub Nyiy Döjö Gatsal under the guidance of Lama Tharchin Rinpoche. He currently serves as a lead ritual chanter (umdze) at the Vajrayana Foundation and is a teacher for the Three-Year Retreat Center. Drubpon is also a chaplain with Stanford Health Care and the Hospice of Santa Cruz County, as well as an acupuncturist with a BA in Physical Therapy. A keen researcher of ancestral healing forms, he is a practitioner of Tibetan divination and ritual. In addition to speaking Spanish, he is a native Portuguese speaker and serves as the Ngondro Program mentor for Vajrayana Foundation Ngondro Brazil, a large Portuguese-speaking group. Drubpon has been a mentor with the Dudjom Ngondro Program since 2013.
