• Monthly teachings on Ngondro related subjects with Vajrayana Foundation Lamas, Question and Answers sessions, Dudjom Tersar and Dudjom Troma Ngondro accumulation sessions, Dharma Study and Discussion Group sessions. Local program participants may attend in person. 

• Senior practitioner personal advisors chosen by Lama Tharchin Rinpoche and Lama Sonam Rinpoche, will be matched with individual participants to answer personal practice questions and give ongoing support and encouragement.

• Yearly personal interviews with Vajrayana Foundation Lamas, online or in person.

• Access to video and audio practice and teaching recordings, podcasts, sacred images and publications.

• Yearly retreats with Vajrayana Foundation Lamas which can be attended online or in person. Ngondro Program Members can receive a 10% discount.

• 30% discount on anything in the Heart Teachings Ngondro Collection.

• Oral Reading Transmission (Lung): The Dudjom Tersar and the Dudjom Troma Ngondro’s Lungs can be received from any Lama holding the Dudjom Lineage, in person or online (in realtime). Students must receive the Lung but can start their Ngondro practice beforehand. The Dudjom Tersar Ngondro does not require an empowerment; however, it is strongly recommended to receive the Troma Empowerment.
