The “Sole Mother” or Troma Nagmo, the Black Wrathful Dakini, is one of the most profound termas revealed by Trakthung Dudjom Lingpa. Chöd, or severance, is the practice that directly severs the root of suffering, self-fixation, with exceptionally expedient wisdom methods. It is well known that through the Troma Nagmo cycle of practice, thirteen of Dudjom Lingpa’s disciples attained the rainbow body, and it is predicted that many more will continue to do so for three generations to come.

At the request of some Troma practitioners, who are wanting Troma Ngondro support, the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro Program is now offering a Troma Ngondro component to our Ngondro Program. In an effort to accommodate these requests, we are offering similar support to our Ngondro Program, with monthly Question and Answer Zoom sessions, an occasional online group accumulation session, a personal mentor and access to video teachings and sound recordings. 

Before beginning Troma Ngondro, one should receive Dudjom Lingpa’s Troma Empowerment, the oral reading transmission and teachings. We are making some teachings available here through our website, and the empowerment and oral transmission will be offered in person at Vajrayana Foundation’s center,  Pema Osel Ling.
