༄། །ལྟ་བའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་སྤྱོད་པ་མ་ཤོར་ཞིང་། །

སྤྱོད་པའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ལྟ་བ་མ་ཤོར་བར། །

བྱ་བྱེད་ཆོས་དང་མཐུན་ཅིང་དམ་ཚིག་ལ། །

ངོ་ལྐོག་མེད་པ་མཆོག་གི་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡིན། །

Do not lose conduct toward the view or
lose the view towards conduct.
Keep everything you do with your body, speech, and
mind in accord with the Dharma.
Keep your samaya without talking maliciously
about others behind their backs.
This is supreme conduct.
