Luis Almeida from Miami, Florida flew to California for the weekend to attend the Vajrasattva Pujas for Chatral Rinpoche’s Parinarvana. Luis is a participant of the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro Program at Vajrayana Foundation. He has been enrolled in the Ngondro Program since July, 2015. This was his first time to Pema Osel Ling. I (Sonam) was so inspired, I asked him to say a few words about his experience here.

Lama Sonam Rinpoche gave the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro lung today for the Ngondro Sunday Accumulation Group. The next Group Accumulation will be Saturday, February 20th @ 10AM. Mark you calendars.

“Thanksgiving is a special day for loved ones to gather and for that reason it is positive. But it is also a time when many turkeys’ lives are taken. We are doing this puja to pray that these turkeys be reborn in Amitabha’s pureland. This practice will focus our compassion for them and all sentient beings, including our loved ones who may be ill or have passed away.”
