Join the Ngondro Program

The Vajrayana Foundation Dudjom Tersar Ngondro Program is a web-based and self paced program focused on supporting you at any stage of your Ngondro practice. The program offers video, audio teachings, and texts available anytime online. You will have the opportunity to work directly with an experienced practitioner who has been selected by both Lama Tharchin Rinpoche, founder of Vajrayana Foundation, and current resident teacher, Lama Sonam Tsering Rinpoche. The program offers a monthly accumulation practice session, a monthly teaching, and an opportunity to ask questions from Lama Sonam Rinpoche and on occasions from other guest Lamas, from our resident chant leader and 3 year Retreat Lama, Drubpon Pema Rigdzin Wangyal, and from the Ngondro Program Coordinators Stefan Graves and Choying Wangmo.

Happy Guru Rinpoche Day

On Guru Rinpoche Day, November 2021, Lama Gyaltsen Rinpoche gave a concise teaching to the Ngondro Program on the 7 Line Prayer of Guru Rinpoche with his son, Venerable Dongak Nima, who translated from the Tibetan to English.

The Seven Line Prayer of Guru Rinpoche is not merely a prayer, but it is a method to awaken one’s own primordial wisdom-mind according to the profound path of Ati Yoga.

Lama Gyaltsen Rinpoche is a  lifelong Buddhist practitioner of the Dudjom Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism and a learned Buddhist scholar. Rinpoche is also very connected to the Vajrayana Foundation and one of Saraha’s Buddhist Institute Founding Teachers along with Lama Tharchin Rinpoche and Lama Sonam Rinpoche.
