On the last day of the Annual Dudjom Tersar Ngondro Retreat at Pema Osel Ling, Lama Sonam Rinpoche recommended that we read and study from ngondro commentaries available, Cascading Waterfall, A Torch Lighting the Way to Freedom, Words of My Perfect Teacher and Lama Tharchin’s Ngondro Commentary.
Here is a one hour sound file from a teaching on February 2, 2014 from HH Dudjom Rinpoche’s classic introduction to the Preliminary Practice of the Dudjom Lineage of Buddhism “A Torch Lighting the Way to Freedom” by Lama Tsering Gyaltsen Rinpoche at the Saraha Nyingma Buddhist Institute, Eugene, Oregon with English translation by Cy Kassoff.
This text also contains invaluable instructions on the correct view, conduct, and activity of a practitioner.

Luis Almeida from Miami, Florida flew to California for the weekend to attend the Vajrasattva Pujas for Chatral Rinpoche’s Parinarvana. Luis is a participant of the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro Program at Vajrayana Foundation. He has been enrolled in the Ngondro Program since July, 2015. This was his first time to Pema Osel Ling. I (Sonam) was so inspired, I asked him to say a few words about his experience here.
Lama Sonam Rinpoche gave the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro lung today for the Ngondro Sunday Accumulation Group. The next Group Accumulation will be Saturday, February 20th @ 10AM. Mark you calendars.
