We had our first accumulation practice session gathering last week, August 23, which went very well. Freddie gave us instruction on the Nine Breathes practice and we all practiced together with Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche’s inspiring and beautiful chanting of the Ngondro. After that we each did our own practice and a few new people were given an orientation. We ended with a shared discussion about practice.
Once again we would like to invite you to come to Pema Osel Ling for the next Ngondro accumulation practice session, Sunday, Oct 4th from 10 am -12 noon for accumulations and 12-1 pm discussion (bring a bag lunch). The shrine room can remain open into the afternoon if anyone would like to stay on and continue practice.
I would also like to invite those who don’t live near Pema Osel Ling to join us by practicing at home, knowing we are all doing it together. Unfortunately, we don’t have any internet in the shrine room and so can’t do anything online.
I hope we can make this a regular event.
(Please be mindful about parking. Come around the back way down to the shrine and park next to the Chopin tent. If this is your first time to Pema Osel Ling, please contact us via email for directions.)
